4. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging Fladius for technology services are responsible for ensuring that their own end users comply with this AUP. Clients must not use Fladius services to enable third parties to engage in prohibited activities. Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents, licences, and regulatory approvals required for their use of our services.
5. Data Security Obligations
When accessing systems or infrastructure managed by Fladius, you agree to:
- Use strong, unique credentials and enable multi-factor authentication where available.
- Not share access credentials with unauthorised individuals.
- Report any suspected security breach or vulnerability to Fladius immediately at contact@fladius.com.
- Comply with any security standards specified in your service agreement (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, UAE NESA).
6. Monitoring
Fladius reserves the right to monitor use of its website and services to ensure compliance with this AUP, applicable laws, and service agreements. Monitoring may include logging of access, system events, and communications transmitted through our infrastructure, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Consequences of Violation
Violation of this AUP may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of access to our website or services.
- Termination of any service agreement without notice or liability to Fladius.
- Legal action, including civil claims for damages.
- Referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
8. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP or any security incident involving our systems, please report it immediately to us at contact@fladius.com. We will investigate all credible reports in confidence.
9. Governing Law
This AUP is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be referred to the courts of Dubai, UAE.
10. Amendments
We may revise this AUP at any time. The updated policy will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website or services following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
